I started investing in real estate at the age of 25. Initially I wanted to build my net worth to a million dollars and realized that my income alone would not achieve the kind of growth I wanted. I always liked real estate and had seen many people become wealthy over the years through their real estate investments.

 

My first year I purchased 4 duplexes and each year added more to my arsenal. With each purchase I became a little smarter on the "how to's" and "how not to's" for future deals. I later expanded into multi-family, commercial, office buildings and some development. I've purchased houses, farms and raw land as well.

 

Within 7 years my net worth exceeded A Million Dollars. All this part-time while I worked my income producing full-time job (Sales Manager at a Marketing Firm).

 

During my working career, I've created & owned companies that were very successful, making millions of dollars in the process. More importantly, I've continued to invest in real estate each and every year, thus building a huge net worth.

 

I've literally bought, sold, partnered in, co-owned, consulted, advised or coached over 1,200 deals resulting in Millions & Millions of dollars of real estate investing.

 

Here's the best part... I still personally invest on a daily basis, even today. That's the kind of person you can really learn from...someone out there "on the firing line" each & every day. Would you agree?

Twelve years ago, I sold my last marketing company and became a full time real estate investor & marketing/training coach.

I developed a step by step approach using my unique curriculum & have put together the most complete training program in the country.
